IMPORTANT HEALTH & HYGIENE NOTICE:

Please notify us if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, so we can make the necessary preparations to ensure your comfort and safety.

Due to hygiene protocols, we regret we cannot provide services to individuals with lice. We appreciate your understanding. 

REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY AT HUNNY & JADE:

At Hunny & Jade, we aim to provide every client with a rejuvenating and seamless experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined the following policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all:

Deposit Refund Policy:

  • Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Depending on availability, appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in

advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the original appointment cannot be accommodated

No-Show Policy:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show
  • unless you agree to a shortened session.
  • We value every client’s time, so no-shows will not be refunded.

While we are not a traditional hair salon, our focus on therapeutic processes ensures an elevated experience for your well-being. Please note that we do not offer hair styling; we only provide drying services as part of our treatments.
